When sales
needs a way forward.

Sometimes the challenge is market access. Sometimes it is the way sales is organised. And sometimes the real problem lies elsewhere. I look closely at customers, the team, leadership and how they work together. That is where a practical next step begins.

01 /

A new market needs to be built.

From the first customer conversation to a viable sales operation: understanding target customers, opening doors, shaping the right offer and building business.

02 /

Sales is falling short of its potential.

Examining the pipeline, priorities and collaboration. Understanding whether positioning, processes, leadership or team dynamics are getting in the way – and addressing the cause.

03 /

Growth needs leadership and structure.

Taking responsibility, aligning teams and turning a sound strategy into consistent execution. In day-to-day business as well as during a transition.

Sabine Schnorr
Pragmatic. Approachable. Clear on what matters.

I understand sales.
And what
drives it.

I am at my best when something needs to be built, or a difficult situation needs to move forward.

At Rosetta Stone, I started as the first B2B employee in Germany, helped build the DACH business and later led the European Enterprise & Education business as Senior Director Europe. At GoodHabitz, my focus was international partnerships.

I know complex software sales from experience: multiple stakeholders across HR, L&D, IT and procurement, works councils, licensing models, pricing negotiations and the question of how a buying decision translates into actual adoption.

My computer science degree helps me understand technology. My coaching background helps me understand people and team dynamics. Both strengthen my work in sales and leadership.
